Glimpy is a tool to help individual book resellers research Amazon prices and manage their inventory. You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates Amazon's terms of service.
Glimpy offers a PRO subscription with additional features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
Pricing data is sourced from third-party APIs (Keepa) and is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. Always verify prices before making purchasing decisions.
All content, design, and code within Glimpy are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
Glimpy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost profits from reselling decisions made using our data.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
